Ajoy Khandheria, Chairman of Belgium Satellite Services s.a has over 25 years experience in building converged communication networks across the world.
Under Ajoy's leadership, companies have witnessed geographical expansion in international markets and the introduction of leading edge IT and Telecom solutions, solidifying the company's reputation.
He has played a key role in building successful global businesses for large corporations such as Harris Corporation, ItalCable and other small and medium businesses like ConvergeLabs. As a General Partner in Global Asia Partners, Ajoy has made strategic investments in a number of successful companies. As a Telecom incubator, Global Asia Partners has also invested in clutch of technology companies such as 6D Telecom, Mobifusion, Infotrack Solutions and Novitaz.
Prior to ORG, Ajoy founded ConvergeLabs and was its CEO. He has played a key role in building successful global businesses for large corporations such as Harris Corporation, ItalCable and other small and medium businesses. As a General Partner in Global Asia Partners, Ajoy has made strategic investments in a number of successful companies. As a Telecom incubator, Global Asia Partners has recently invested in clutch of technology companies such as 6D Telecom, Mobifusion, Infotrack Solutions and Novitaz.
Ajoy has also been an advisor to several large corporations such as Maxis, UT Starcom, Hughes Software Systems, & IPUnity. He has an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley and an Electrical Engineering degree from M.S. University, Baroda, India.
 Manoranjan Mohapatra

A Bachelors degree holder in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India, Mr. Mohapatra is the CEO of Bharti Telesoft.
Mr. Mohapatra started his career from Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DoT).
Prior to joining Bharti Telesoft, Manoranjan was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Aricent, where he worked since its inception in 1992. As the COO of Aricent, Manoranjan spearheaded the company's growth, overseeing the performance of multiple business units and playing a critical role in the successful integration of Flextronics' global and domestic software entities, as well as the integration of Flextronics with Aricent.
 Nitin Dhawan

Nitin has more than 15 years experience contributing towards converging Telecom, IT & Satcom Technologies. Having a rich background in the fields of Engineering, Networking & Business Management, he has in-depth experience in Sales and Marketing with special focus on EMEA markets, Project Management and Business Consulting. Nitin's strategic expertise and focus has helped the company to acquire various overseas entities, open new offices and expand into new markets.
Known in the industry for his strong business acumen, he has been successful in eliminating cultural and geographical barriers and has adapted to the business protocols of the global environment.
Nitin spearheaded the acquisition and foundation of BSS and established its strong foothold in the market. He was also involved in the recent acquisition of INTERSAT (BSS's new venture in Africa and the Middle East). He is currently working as the BSS Group's CEO. He is also founding Member of TiE Brussels.
