Ajoy Khanderia, Chairman of Belgium Satellite Services s.a has over 20 years of experience in building converged communication networks across the world. He sits on the board of BSS s.a and it's parent company, ORG Informatics Ltd.

Ajoy joined ORG Group, ORG Informatics Ltd. (a publicly traded company) in 2003 as its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.
He has been instrumental in spearheading the company operations and providing a strategic direction leading to a phenomenal turnaround in the financial performance(compounded annual growth of over 80% over 3 years and ,market cap growth of over 30 times)

Under Ajoy's leadership, the company has witnessed geographical expansion in international markets and also introduced leading-edge IT and Telecom solutions, earning a reputation for the company over the years.

Prior to ORG, Ajoy founded ConvergeLabs and was its CEO; Ajoy has played a key role in building successful global businesses for large corporations such as Harris Corporation, ItalCable and other small and medium businesses. As a General Partner in Global Asia Partners, Ajoy has invested in several successful companies. Leaning on its philosophy of ecosystem for Telecom companies, Global Asia Partners have recently invested in clutch of technology companies like 6D Telecom, Mobifusion, Infotrack Solutions and Novitaz.

He has also been an advisor to several large corporations such as Maxis, UT Starcom, Hughes Software Systems, & IPUnity.

Ajoy has a MBA from the University of California, Berkeley and an Electrical Engineering degree from M.S. University, Baroda, India.

Manoranjan Mohapatra
Director

A Bachelors degree holder in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India, Mr. Mohapatra is the CEO of Bharti Telesoft.

Mr. Mohapatra started his career from Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DoT).

Prior to joining Bharti Telesoft, Manoranjan was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Aricent, where he worked since its inception in 1992. As the COO of Aricent, Manoranjan spearheaded the company's growth, overseeing the performance of multiple business units and playing a critical role in the successful integration of Flextronics' global and domestic software entities, as well as the integration of Flextronics with Aricent.

Nitin Dhawan
CEO

Nitin has more than 13 years of experience contributing towards convergence of Telecom, IT & Satcom Technologies. Having a rich background in the fields of Engineering, Networking & Business Management, he has a vast experience in Sales and Marketing with special focus on EMEA markets, Project Management and Business Consulting. Acknowledged as a strong team player, he holds expertise in strategy and tactics, which enables him to manage multiple business functions simultaneously, thereby, helping the company to acquire various overseas set-ups and in opening new offices.

Known in the industry for his aggressive business initiatives, he has been successful in eliminating cultural and geographical barriers and has adapted to business protocols of the global environment.

Nitin has been working with the Group for more than 7 years and is now associated with BSS s.a. as part of the group's European expansion strategy. Prior to BSS, he was head of the EMEA market for ORG Group and was also heading Satcom business for the group.
